Elbert Memorial offers both outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to provide multidisciplinary patient-centered care.

Our team treats a variety of diagnoses including acute and chronic orthopedic and neurological disorders; wound care, post-surgical, and patients with a wide variety of medical problems who present with physical and mental debilitation.
